Senior Advisor, Global eComm Analytics Tools and Command Center

The Senior Advisor will report to the Senior Manager of Global eComm Analytics & Business Intelligence and will be a part of a top analytics team to drive Dell.com global and country-level business planning, analysis, insights and eComm intelligence. Dell.com is developing an intra-day real time reporting and analytics capability called Command Center to make more rapid business decisions and accelerate online growth. In this role, you will lead the Dell program management for Command Center, including owning the project schedule, working with our 3rd party analytics consulting partner, identifying business requirements, managing UAT and launch, and continuously improving the capability. This will begin with an executive dashboard, then extend to a detailed analyst dashboard with robust drill down capabilities for up to 90 eCommerce metrics reported in increments as recent as 1 minute. In addition, you will support the Global eComm Analytics team with new tools and capabilities to deepen our eCommerce insights.

You will:

* Program Manage Dell.com Command Center

* Work in partnership with Dells 3rd party consulting partner, the Dell Data Sciences team, IT teams, and other internal organizations critical to project success

* Collect business requirements and prioritize metric releases

* Manage pre-releases for evaluation, user acceptance testing, and all launch materials and activities for the Command Center executive dashboard, analyst dashboard and ongoing releases

* Gain expert knowledge in over 90 metrics to be included in Command Center

* Partner with Dell.com Global eComm and Regional teams on prioritized future requirements of Command Center

* Present Command Center program updates to the Director and VP levels

* Identify new tools and capabilities that can be utilized by the Dell.com Global analytics team to provide deeper analytics insights into the Dell.com business

* Secure support and funding to onboard new analytics tools

* Participate with IT in launching new analytics tools

Essential Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics functions minimum required

* 8+ years of experience in marketing and eCommerce

* Strong program management skills demonstrated through successful completion and launches

* Experience with web analytics tools: Adobe Analytics/Site Catalyst, Omniture, Splunk, Acoustic, Clicktale/ContentSquare, Clickstream and more.

* Understanding of how companies track industry standard eCommerce metrics and their data sources.

* Experience using visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).

* Demonstrated cross-functional organizational agility; ability to connect with both business and IT teams

* Strong partnership skills working with business leaders and influencers on a daily basis

* Strong ability to influence others using command skills to support your recommendations

* Proven ability to drive new initiatives and deliver results with significant business impact

* Can develop professional presentations to clearly communicate across the organization and up to Director and VP levels
