Join us as a Senior Manager, SOC Operations & Incident Response on our Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) located remotely in theUnited States to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What youll achieve

As the Senior Manager, you will facilitate the response efforts for our Dell Federal business. Partnering closely with other functions within the Cybersecurity, Legal, and Executive Management teams, you will coordinate all cross-team collaboration, communication, and documentation activities related to containing and remediating the incident. You will collaborate with other CSIRT Regional leads to ensure consistent and quality Incident Response services are provided to the organization and share best practices.

You will:

* Manage the day-to-day SOC Operations activities for Dell Federal business unit as well as additional Incident Response activities as required
* Drive corporate programs, ensuring deadlines are met and that CSIRT and SRO goals and initiatives are successfully implemented
* Oversee all people-management activities for direct reports, including responsibility for establishing goals and providing mentorship for team
* Regularly interact with senior leadership and customers
* Serve as a member of the CSIRT leadership team

Essential Requirements

* 12+ years of Information Security experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* 2+ years experience in Incident Response or similar role in a large, complex organization
* Prior experience in a 24x7x365 operations environment
* Prior people management/leadership experience with proven experience to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
* Excellent project management, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to execute under a high degree of urgency
* Must be a US Citizen

Desired Requirements

* CISSP, CISM or other advanced security certifications are a plus
