What youll achieve
Within the Global Partner Management and Alliances team, an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partner Management Operations Consultant is opento join an influential and fast-moving team charged with redefining and transforming end-to-end processes related to vendor funding. You'll bring your extensive knowledge of partner management, marketing and vendor engagement to drive process simplification and optimization for marketing and sales stakeholders. A self-motivated and proactive individual, you will work with numerous cross-functional teams at global and regional level enabling the Full Potential of the Partner Management and Alliances team.
You will:
* Lead the identified projects through direct engagement with stakeholders: define scope, identify KPIs, drive project actions, support adoption
* Measure effectiveness of optimization initiatives and provide timely updates to management and leadership teams
* Partner with Compliance and Claiming and marketing teams for ongoing content updates to the Partner Management training platform - VF academy and other relevant communication initiatives
* Assist in identifying and prioritizing initiatives supporting the Global Partner Management process optimization strategy by assessing existing processes and engaging with regional and global teams
* Support Partner Management Full Potential communication strategy and project governance through a structured roadmap and scorecard framework
* Manage global reports structure and cadence for partner management by engaging with partner managers, procurement , COC and other relevant teams to define reports requirements and drive cadence
* Be an active member of the global PM Full Potential virtual team
Essential Requirements
* +12 years of related experience in partner management, marketing or finance with background in vendor funding
* A constant curiosity for understanding complex situations and challenging status quo, while offering solutions
* Ability to work at global level while recognizing and addressing regional differences
* Ability to influence others at all levels without having direct authority
* Team player who enjoys working with others in a highly collaborative environment
* Ability to present complex topics in simple, compelling, innovative and differentiated terms to all audiences ; excellent PowerPoint and Presentation skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desirable Requirements
* BA/BS or higher, preferably in marketing, business, communications , finance
* Experience in business process optimization
* Understanding of the end-to-end process related to vendor funding
