The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team. They will be responsible for program technical training, customer operational support, and general liaison functions. The successful candidate will have previous experience working closely with US military customers in an operational environment. Also, the candidate must have extensive experience in advanced avionics systems used on Boeing Defense Systems products. This position is unique due to the fact that the Field Service Representative will be working closely with the end users of Boeing products, and the direct support they provide is key to maintaining Boeings reputation in the eyes of our customers. The experience you gain as a Field Service Representative is unlike any other within the Boeing organization.

This position requires an active SECRET U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Position Responsibilities:

* Training aircrew and maintenance personnel

* Delivering Boeing training products and provide input to improve training products

* Function as a liaison between Boeing and the U.S. Program Office

* Provide troubleshooting assistance to complex avionics on modern fighter aircraft

* Train and troubleshoot mission planning systems

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* Ability to travel 25% of the time

* Minimum of 10 years of work experience working closely with US Military customers in an operational and training environment

* High school or GED

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Bachelors Degree

* Minimum 5 year of experience with testing, modeling, teaching and troubleshooting avionics systems

* Minimum 5 year of experience with aircrew training devices
