Work Hours/Shifts:

FT Days Interventional Cath Lab

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Identifies and communicates any changes in the patient's status
* Interprets, evaluates and implements physician orders in a timely manner
* Addresses educational needs of patients and their families
* Is able to assist with Cath Lab, IR and Non-invasive procedures as needed
* Able to provide post procedure hemostasis and correctly apply post procedure dressing
* Rotates weekends and nights for call department needs
* Responsible for transporting patients to and from department

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

* ASN degree
* Current GA RN license
* Current BLS & ACLS
* Moderate sedation competency
* Critical care skills required
* Experience with PCI & STEMI call required

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse os responsible for appropriate and safe care of patients in the Cath Lab, IR Lab, Cath/IR Recovery and Non-Invasive areas.
