What you will be doing:

t
* Responsible for understanding the Insider Threat Landscape and applying innovative solutions to address threats using analytics
t
* Leads and provides some direction and guidance for a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to client specifications
t
* Manages multi-functional programs that encompass several departments and senior leaders
t
* Manages and oversees the end to end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue / risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for projects of medium to high business complexity (involving multiple systems interfaces that are highly visible to the organization)
t
* Directs and controls all work performed within the framework of the Work Structure
t
* Develops detailed project plans and schedules application/infrastructure projects, including goals, risks and resource allocation
t
* Monitors project results for significant deviations
t
* Manages vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met
t
* Maintains regular contact with clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments
t
* May provide input for (project) team member performance appraisals
t
* Works with all required Information Technology functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project
t
* May coordinate resources across organizational boundaries
t
* Serves as a liaison between clients and internal technical groups to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification
t
* Manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues
t
* Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery in conformance with company software development life cycle methodologies
t
* Contributes to the achievement of area objectives

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

t
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
t
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial
t
* 10 - 12 years of related project management experience required
t
* Experience with technology or financial services industry is a plus
t
* Solid understanding of Insider Threat detection, network security and traffic analysis, hunting for malicious activity and initiating response actions.
t
* Demonstrable experience with Insider Threat detection technologies and tools such as SIEM, UBA, UAM, DLP, etc.
t
* Experience with the following Privileged Access Management Tools: SailPoint, CyberArk, and HiPAM
t
* Experience with Privacy protocols such as GDPR, CCPA and NIST guidelines
t
* Proficient usage required with HPE PPM and Microsoft Project portfolio and program/project management tools
t
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects according to contractual obligations
t
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

* Exposure and working knowledge of:ttt
* Linux operating systems and VMWare

* Software Secure Programming

* Applied Threat Analysis/Network Situation Management - Wireshark and Splunk

* Experience with Information Security Risk Management quantifiable tools such as FAIR (Factor Analysis of Information Risk)
