PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Worldwide Alliances & Channels organization at Salesforce provides global leadership developing partnerships with our Strategic Consulting Partners and Service Partners. The Cloud Solution Alliances position will have leadership responsibilities for developing and executing a Global Partner Product Enablement strategy aimed at building competencies & insights to proactively reduce implementation risks.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Global Risk Enablement Manager is a passionate and strategic learning professional. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing employee and Partner learning programs that drive implementation success for our Customers. Her or his responsibility will be to work cross-organizationally in Alliance & Channels, Customer Success, Red Accounts, Product Management, and other key groups to collect, curate and develop learning curriculum that will allow for wide scale enablement globally for all partners. The Enablement Manager will be able to influence decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities through analytics and measurement, production expertise and strong problem-solving skills.
Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, alliances, marketing, customer success and services.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Be the trusted advisor to our Partners and internal Stakeholders to build and deploy a best in class Global Risk enablement program, aimed at competency growth, continuous learning and, ultimately partner and customer success.
* Develop and deploy learning aligned to a standardized competency framework to drive measurable outcomes around professional development, productivity and partner/customer success
* Excellent project management skills to manage the deployment of program and various components under expedited timelines. Also balanced communication with stakeholders and leaders on enablement results
* Maintain dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments.
* Drive strong collaboration and alignment with CSG, field enablement, products, industries teams to ensure absolute alignment on all things enablement (content, initiatives, strategies, etc.)
* Execute, manage and deliver Webinars, In-Person or Virtual enablement events and initiatives in close alignment with regional / country ecosystem resources.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience and evangelize best practices.
* Work with the SFDC Worldwide Cloud Alliances and Channels team members to influence partner practice development plans in targeted region(s) to drive certification and Product Ranger growth.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* 3-5 years of alliances, enablement or learning-related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience in enablement tools, training, learning and design - from plan, to creation, to delivery, to measure
* Passion for the professional development, continuous learning and competency growth of employees
* Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness.
* Ability to simplify complex information so that it is easy for the Learner to consume
* Strong stakeholder management, executive engagement and influence skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams on input, build, review, sign-off.
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.
* Strong drive and character qualities that match with company core values and inspires others to follow and act.
* Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes.
* Experience with G Suite, Slack and Quip preferred.
