Office Administrator & Funding Intern
TitleOne is a local title and escrow company that helps facilitate one of the biggest purchases of someones lifea home. We are seeking driven students who will be responsible for general reception, interacting with customers on a daily basis, and assisting the real estate process through our Escrow, Title, IT, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and/or Marketing departments.
Objective:
TitleOne internships give students the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in the title and escrow industry, provide a full and realistic view of workplace culture and expectations, and help students build professional networks while working at a company ranked Best Places to Work in Idaho for five consecutive years.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include the following but are not limited to):
* Provide excellent customer service while answering incoming telephone calls, completing customer requests and balancing barista responsibilities
* Scan original documents into ResWare database and provide documentation to recipients
* Upload, process and review recordable documents through ResWare and title production software
* Data entry for Builder Services, ResWare updates and/or client-related projects
* Maintain and analyze data for customer development and retention
* Support Escrow, Title, IT and/or Marketing Departments in daily functions as well as weekly and monthly projects (specifics discussed in interview process)
* Provide support to Accounting, Finance and Human Resources, including data entry, analysis, and miscellaneous projects
* Assist the escrow and title process by reviewing documents at the county courthouse and picking up and delivering important items such as commission checks, loan documents, policies, etc.
* Troubleshoot and assist with office day-to-day issues
* Additional responsibilities will also be tailored to the students major and/or career goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Excellent computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Strong written, oral communication and proofreading abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong organizational skills
* Proficient at word processing, email and data entry
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to complete projects independently
* Ability to problem solve and excel in a fast-paced environment
* Have a positive can-do attitude and flexibility to embrace change
* Open to all majors and those 18 years and older
