Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) is seeking a Mgr II Material Program Manager for a large cybersecurity program in the Cybersecurity, Training, and Services (CTS) Product Line. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be an excellent leader with demonstrated ability to skillfully care for and be directly accountable for ensuring overall supplier performance. You must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program goals, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal administration, including supplier organization.
You serve for all of the programs supply chain activities as the liaison
between the Program Manager(s), IPTs and other functional leads, and the Supply
Chain organization. You are also responsible for the development, coordination, and
implementation of all program material strategies, supply chain goals, and company
goals. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create
common schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Responsibilities
span from the front end of the business SCM activities through contract closure. We
need a person who will be able to exert influence and have an effect on the overall goals and long-range goals of the program and the program IPT team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensures the accuracy of material forecast for sales to ensure continuity of information across stakeholders
Works with OEMs to get best value and creates engaged relationships to better meet program needs
Provide managerial oversight for all Supply Chain functions
Authors program's Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan
Create and track subcontract details in Excel, Word, and online databases, as required
Timely completion, entry, and submission of contractual documents online
Report generation and interpretation for customers and subcontractors
Timely responsiveness to customer and subcontractor inquiries
Execution and modification of subcontracts and purchase orders
Daily communication of program needs and concerns
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years of subcontract management, procurement or material program management experience.
Must be a US Citizen and the ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
Experience with all contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, IDIQ).
Strong knowledge of SAP/APEX/PRISM and EPAD.
Strong knowledge of USG FAR and DFAR requirements.
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to define strategies and assist in negotiations.
Experience guiding both internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership, building and managing teams, as well as working with groups across different functions.

Active SECRET clearance
Material program management on large, high material volume programs
Experience managing broad portfolios of services, software and hardware subcontracting and procurements
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other Business or related degree.
