Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - 8:00am 4:30pm - Monday-Friday

Main Duties: Billing Data Entry Operator. Enter billing information and verify data received electronically was accurately entered into the system, knowledge of most common websites utilized to verify benefits and eligibility, excellent problem solving skills / research, ability to identify trends, ability to read and understand an explanation of benefits, knowledge of appealing denials, ability to multitask / be very detail oriented / organized, ability to reach data entry quotas with a great deal of accuracy

Required Knowledge: Data Entry at minimum of 50 WPM or equivalent.

Required Experience: High School or equivalent

Special Requirement: Ability to maintain a professional, courteous and pleasant attitude in times of heavy workload and stress. Requires strict attention to detail. Teamwork with fellow employees is a must. Good customer service skills, professional appearance and attitude. Overtime as required by business needs.

Quest Diagnostics: Data Entry at minimum of 50 WPM or equivalent.

JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision operates numerical and/or alphabetical data input from source documents received from clients. Follows basic specified data entry instructions. Refers problems to higher-level operators. Maintains records of individual production.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data entry of test request form and re-bill information received in numerous formats from clients.
2. Edit data received to ensure proper information for billing.
3. Count of daily work for quality assurance audits.
4. Adheres to productivity standards.
5. Sorts and processes requisitions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
-High school diploma or equivalent. Work Experience:
-6 months experience in data entry or Accounts Receivable.

Special Requirements:
-Willingness to work overtime when needed;
-Data entry skills, accuracy and ability to work alone.
