Attendee Digital Experience Lead Responsibilities:
* Leading the planning, design and execution of digital tools and platforms related to enhancing event attendee experiences, including but not limited to registration, content, speaker and schedule management, mobile apps, wayfinding, networking and meeting scheduling.
* Driving project scoping discussions to understand specifications, content and delivery expectations and define the best solutions to meet client requirements short term with long term impact.
* Collaborating with other workstreams (content operations, production, programming) to deliver a cohesive Digital Venue that utilizes multiple modalities to engage attendees throughout the event experience.
* Managing the schedules and integrations of multiple technical providers and solutions to ensure a cohesive experience across digital tools, platforms, and experiences.
* Managing and prioritizing varied stakeholder and attendee needs to ensure overall solutions are impactful for attendees and successfully deliver against business objectives.
* Effectively managing project scope, budget and milestones within a fast moving and highly dynamic project environment.
**This role may be based in other locations in the US, outside of the Seattle area.**
* 5+ years of experience delivering online and digital event experiences.
* 5+ years managing the key digital components of in-person and digital events including one or more of the following: Content Management Systems, Mobile apps, Speaker Scheduling and Staffing Management Tools and/or registration systems, Web and Online.
* Stellar presentation and communication skills, with the proficiency to bridge gaps between multiple stakeholders, partners and solution providers.
* Skilled communicator who can translate marketing objectives into creative and engaging technical solutions that create improved attendee experiences and drive business impact.
* Demonstrated ability to manage the technical components of multiple, high-profile events in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaborator with proficiency in bridging gaps.
* between multiple partners, solution providers, and engineering teams and a demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
* Problem solving skills - ability to identify and mitigate potential projects risks up front and work toward resolution, and to mitigate risk and understand when to elevate an issue for awareness or assistance.
