Overview

Mastercards Commercial Solutions team is a rapidly growing organization with responsibilities to deliver innovative solutions to help our customers grow and expand their business. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this dynamic team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in a cross-functional development team within the Commercial Solutions organization.

Role:
Lead end-to-end delivery of our product across multiple platforms including
Web, iOS and Android.
Drive and participate in agile software development. Insist on a culture of
continuous integration and delivery, automation and minimizing blast radius.
Work with Product, Developers, UX designers, and
internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements
Build and leverage key operational metrics to show progress towards delivery
of milestones, identify and address team impediments, identify areas of
optimization.
Work cross-functionally to understand and minimize dependencies that
impact team delivery.

All About You:

Proven track record as a Technical Program Manager managing and
delivering large software projects on time and on budget;
Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
You have experience utilizing project tracking software (Jira, Rally, etc).
Experience running full lifecycle software engineering projects in an agile
environment.
Experience working with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams (e.g.
software engineers, product managers, etc.).
