LifePoint Health- Health Support Center

Pacific Medical Data Solutions, a company of LifePoint Health, is a fast-growing medical billing company located in the Denver Tech Center. We are currently looking for a qualified software engineer focusing on developing and maintaining high quality web applications. As a frontend engineer at Pacific Medical Data Solutions youll work as a member of a team to design, develop, and deliver our web frontends for our healthcare productivity platform.

Our nascent software engineering team develops and supports customer-facing and internal applications for our revenue cycle management and healthcare productivity platforms. We use a quality-driven approach to develop and deliver features and use a remote-first approach to collaboration.

An ideal candidate

* Is passionate about building an intuitive user experience from concept through deployment.

* Has experience delivering a high-quality user experience in customer-facing applications using a modern JavaScript- or TypeScript-based framework.

* Has experience working with CI/CD tools and developing automated tests to ensure quality code is delivered.

* Thrives in a small team environment and is excited by the significant impact they can make in this environment.

* Enjoys collaborating with the team and user to improve product quality and increase user satisfaction

Your responsibilities will include:

* Understand and maintain user personas

* Propose and gather feedback on UX mockups/designs

* Develop, test, deliver, and support the web applications

* Write and maintain unit and integration tests

* Triage and fix bugs

* Help establish best-practices and UX guidelines

* Mentor less experienced developers

Job Requirements

Requirements

* Demonstrable work experience as a frontend developer (minimum 3 years of experience)

* Experience using charting and graph libraries to transform data into visualizations that identify business trends and opportunities.

* Experience using a combination of automated, manual, and test-driven development to deliver a high-quality product

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Languages/Frameworks/Tools

* HTML

* JavaScript and TypeScript

* CSS

* Angular (v4+)

* Git

* Experience using CI/CD tools

* Desire to learn new technologies and support team members

Bonus Requirements

* Experience with Microsoft Azure

* Experience with Linux and Windows server environments

* API Development experience

Pay Range: $100,000+ (depending on experience)
