Summary Overview:
JPMorgans Healthcare Link (HCL) helps Healthcare Providers manage the complexity of converting and reconciling pare EOBs with Check and ACH payments received through JPMCs Lockboxes.
The HCL product allows our clients to systematically capture, format and post electronic and paper claims. For electronic Transactions, HCL enables receipt of electronics transmissions or extraction of files from insurers. For paper-based remittances HCL leverages the JPMCs lockbox infrastructure of imaging capture and data translation technology. JPMC offers our clients specialized Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Enhanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software, help converting EOB images to electronic data files. Data is mapped to a variety of file formats, including EDI 835 and proprietary files.
Position:
The Healthcare Payment Product Manager Specialist position will be responsible driving the identification, design, and development of Revenue Cycle technology for JPMCs Healthcare Clients. The role will be interfacing with Technology and assisting with onboarding electronic payment data from JPMC with the client's Practice Management Accounting software. This includes understanding of X12 837 claim data used for matching during EOB capture and auto-posting X12 835 files delivered from the JPMC EOB capture platform. This position will also be responsible for designing and developing Epic and User Stories to address both internal and customer needs for the JPMC Healthcare Link portal. The ideal candidate will have strong product management, development and organizational skills.

Candidate will be responsible for interfacing with Technologies and JPMC internal partners and understand Client needs in order to creatively design solutions that meet requirements and give JPMC a competitive advantage
Candidate will take feedback, and design / write the technical specs for future healthcare related features
Candidate will drive requirements and interface with developers to bring solutions to production
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree minimum, advanced Degree preferred
10+ years of Product Management experience working on Healthcare Technology Products
In-depth experience in Agile development procedures and interfacing with developers in an Agile environment, designing and developing Epic and User Stories
Extensive experience creating value-add healthcare payment technology features including designing custom, creative solutions for interfacing provider needs with existing solutions
Expert level knowledge of Healthcare X12 EDI transaction sets - 835 and 837 records
Ability to crosswalk proprietary payer reason codes to X12 standard CAGCCARCRARC codes
Experience developing customer facing portals that deliver value
Strong written and oral communication skills
Creative trouble shooting experience, self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectation and organizing people.
