What Youll Be Doing:
The Office Administrator position will be supporting the Richardson RFPD's group in their headquarter in Geneva, Illinois.
* This position performs a variety of clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as answering phones, distributing incoming, outgoing and interdepartmental mail, filing, tabulating, posting information, record keeping, photocopying, office supply maintenance, lunch & breakroom supply maintenance & restocking, assist with customer contracts, compiling standard reports, light order entry, greets visitors, coordinate & place lunch orders for corporate meetings, other duties as assigned.
* Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments- functions. Ability to multi-task. Maintains records, answers & transfers calls, prepares forms, FedEx labels, verifies information and resolves routine problems. Work assignments are clearly defined. Operates under moderate supervision and within the boundaries of established procedures.
* Assists President by maintaining his calendar and setting up appointments.
What We Are Looking For:
* High school diploma.
* Prior or related equivalent experience preferred.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
* Knowledge of Power Point and Microsoft Teams preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$13.50 - $16.50
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
