The Role:

The Performance Marketing group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to join the Customer Journeys & Marketing Innovation team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out marketing tactics using the latest tools and technologies to deliver on our shared vision and strategy.

Customer Journeys & Marketing Innovation team is a newly formed group within Performance Marketing. The successful candidate will help deploy multi-channel marketing at critical customer moments to drive a more personalized experience for customers and better campaign results. Specifically, the individual will work across business, analytics, technology and marketing teams to deploy advanced customer segmentation, A/B tests, insights, and performance analysis that will ultimately deliver better marketing performance with customer-journey oriented strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

* Build customer journeys and define measurements of success that embody the sum of experiences of our customers and span across business units, channels, and touchpoints
* Lead all aspects of customer personas to ensure they stay aligned with key target business segments and are continuously revisited
* Work with cross-functional teams, aligning their goals to execute on multiple campaigns and initiatives in a timely and efficient manner; drive interaction with marketing, sales, operations, and technology to deliver customer-centric experiences
* Developing marketing plans to drive acquisition, activation, conversion, and through the lifecycle of servicing and engagement
* Thorough understanding and documentation of the candidate lifecycle, defining customer segments, and building/testing a campaign roadmap to deliver results across these phases
* Ideating marketing tactics in collaboration with business units to drive activation and conversion
* Diving deep into acquisition, activation, and conversion performance, and report on weekly progress with leadership
* Collaborate with product owners to deeply understand products, product requirements, customer interactions, and gain alignment and consensus for roadmap features, functionalities, and improvements.

Qualifications:

* 7+ years of digital marketing experience email, mobile, display, social media, etc.
* Ability to present fact-based recommendations clearly and tell a story with data
* Must have prior experience delivering customer journeys, marketing tests with statistical rigor, or similar background
* Experience with web analytics, customer segmentation analysis, marketing analytics, etc.
* Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
* Excellent communications skills (written and oral) to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to senior executives
* Ability to juggle a range of projects across teams, balancing quality and speed
* Ability to work across channels to set and report on KPIs
* Ability to transform thinking quickly from high-level, strategic thinking into execution
* Experience working with a CRM or Marketing Automation systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Pega, HubSpot, etc.)
* Experience with JIRA/Confluence
* Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively or independently
* Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to change, and solve problems
* Bachelors degree required or comparable work experience; MBA is a plus.
