Job Description
The Xeon Engineering Group is looking for a highly motivated RTL Design Engineer to join the compute die frontend design team for the next generation of Xeon processor.
In this role, responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Integration of complex IP's (requires gaining high level of expertise in the IPs)
* Developing SoC IPs
* Running, analyzing and fixing various quality check tools and flows such as CDC/RDC, lint, VCLP, Fishtail etc.
* Design and integration methodology development and enforcement
* Working with cross-functional teams to make sure designs are delivered on time, and with highest quality, by incorporating proper checks at every stage of the design process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 6+ years of relevant experience. OR a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 4+years of relevant experience:
* Strong RTL design fundamentals
* Working knowledge of one or more of quality check tools and flows
Preferred skills:
* Experience with integration tools (in-house and/or 3rd party)
