We are looking for an outgoing and assertive intern who has:
* Background / education and passion for communications, marketing or journalism
* Strong communication skills spoken, written and visual
* Some writing experience
* Experience with social media channels as a community manager, active user and/or follower
* Short form video creation and editing skills
* Examples of writing, social media engagement and video creation/editing to share
Graduating senior preferred
Rotation Key Responsibilities
Work closely with communications and brand partnerships strategists, corporate newsroom editors, social media teams and HPs Sustainable Impact team as a story advocate and content creator to promote and amplify the work and impact being driven in collaboration with HPs strategic brand partners.
Key Deliverables
* Stories and articles for HPs corporate blog
* Media pitches
* Input and recommendations in the development of a partner-specific strategic plan
* Social media content and live tweeting
Skills and competencies the intern will gain
* Internal and external partner relationship development and management
* Content creation
* Experience in creating/securing paid, owned and earned media
