We are hiring for an Operations Processor 3 within our Elder Financial Abuse Reporting department. The Operations Processor 3 will:
Receive and review internal reports of elder or dependent financial abuse. Verify reports for accuracy, spelling and grammar
Take incoming and place outgoing calls regarding Elder Financial Abuse reports
Manage work and meet service level agreements
Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
Schedule can change due to business needs and overtime may be required.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Ability to write concisely and clearly
* Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
* Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
* Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while working on the phone
