YOU MUST HAVE
* High School diploma or GED
* 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
WE VALUE
* Demonstrate leadership skills
* Rubber glove manufacturing experience
* Lean Manufacturing experience
* ISO9000 experience
* Must be detailed oriented
* Ability to troubleshoot
* Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

* Basic reading/writing and math skills for following procedures, reporting production.
* Maintains good safety and attendance record in accordance to Plant policies.
* Performs all job duties in conjunction with Plant established quality system.
* Must be detailed oriented. Capable of reacting quickly to rubber flow rate
