The Project Manager will work with the Business Operations team across diverse business and functional areas to transform HBTs business site infrastructure into a more cohesive set-up. Use your project and organizational skills to be responsible for management of various projects that drive efficiency and improve processes. These projects span across multiple areas and businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across businesses and functions.

Take a General Managers view to the program assuming ownership across multiple functions and phases of the Transformation process
JOB ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* You will work with Business Operations, Finance, HBT Business leaders, Functional and Corporate Leadership and other Project Managers to coordinate and manage all project activities, including:
* Delivering projects on budget, on schedule with identified financial benefits.
Ensuring project teams conduct robust due diligence and project execution; translate strategic plans into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedule and benefits; identify and incorporate necessary capital project requirements; phase in and phase out of tasks and processes from sending to receiving sites; analyze space requirements for receiving sites; conduct hidden factory capture, etc.
* Manage teams to execute projects right and fast. Ensure global use of tools & techniques specifically the Honeywell Standard Transitions Process (STP) and avoid negatively impacting KPIs (OTD, Capex, etc).
* Manage project charters, risk and mitigation plans, project schedules, costs and savings calculations and methodology.
Conduct periodic and recurring business reviews, senior leadership briefings, resource planning, roles and responsibilities matrices, and service level agreements in order to guarantee success.
YOU MUST HAVE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree required in Engineering, Business, or a related field
3-5 years minimum project or program management experience
Proven track record of leading change in a complex, matrix organization
WE VALUE
Knowledge of fundamental program / project management principles; Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification
Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment
Solid presentation and oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence
Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
