JOB SUMMARY:
Shipper/Receiver shall upon delivery to our facility, exercise care with customer property. Following companys Quality System as outlined in ISO 9001:2000/EN 46002 standards, ensure to identify, verify, protect, and safeguard customers property sent in for repair.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Receive product for repair, parts used in repair process
Follow documented procedures to identify, document, store or put away autoclaves, parts received.
Identify and report to management when customer property is damage or parts unsuitable for use.
Signing off the relevant section of the work order relating to the process undertaken
Maintain in proper condition all company owned and leased equipment.
Develop and follow effective and productive work patterns.
Confirm, prepare customer property for shipment per established procedures. Oversee transfer of packages to approved carrier for transportation.
Maintain accurate records, as well as a sound filing system. Records shall remain legible, readily identifiable and retrievable.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Qualification
Experience:
One year experience in related fields involving shipping and receiving.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Well informed and proficient in computer use and applications involving UPS shipments.
