Are you a self-motivated, confident, and passionate Manufacturing Engineer who understands and has experience with problem solving, production support and has a passion for continuous improvement?

In this role youll be working as part of the Manufacturing Engineering team to drive resolution of issues experienced on the production floor and lead/drive continuous improvement of products and processes.

Youll have an opportunity to contribute to an organization committed to and focused on improving product and process quality through continuous improvement, Lean, Sig Sigma and other problem-solving techniques.

You should possess Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience with a concentration in manufacturing support, continuous improvement, problem solving and LEAN Manufacturing Experience.

Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:

* Fosters continuous improvement by being a Leader/Mentor/Trainer of Lean teams. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certified.
* TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Cell Creation, Flow, OEE, Bar Charts
* Supports fast paced manufacturing operations daily.
* Electro-Mechanical Process and Fixture design with CREO.
* Perform analysis on production processes to identify areas that can benefit from corrective action and/or improvement.
* Analyze production process issues driving to root cause.
* Collect and analyze data from tests and compile into a report or graphical form.
* Troubleshoot electro/mechanical failures and assembly issues.
* Process equipment layout generation with AutoCAD.
* Skilled in ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
* Controls design and troubleshooting a plus.

Education and/or Experience Required:

* Bachelor of Science Degree (or relevant experience consistent with required skills and abilities) in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.

General Skills:

* Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, CREO, LEAN Manufacturing, Neat/organized, excellent written and verbal skills,
* Travel <10%
