Position Summary
As the Analyst, Digital Transformation Technology Analytics at Constellation Brands, Inc. reporting into the Manager, Digital Transformation Technology Analytics, you will champion digital analytics innovation that enhances consumer and customer experiences across CBIs Beer, Wine, & Spirits businesses. Alongside several cross-functional teams, you will build a robust executive and marketing dashboards to enable quick insight into business opportunities and offer solutions and long-term data-driven insights to foster and develop moments that matter most for our consumers.
Responsibilities
In partnership with Business Intelligence, Marketing Technology, and IT build out a marketing reporting suite
* Executive Reporting/Business Analysis:
* Lead the development of our DatoRama dashboards to enable quick access to marketing and operational performance in near real-time
* Set-up custom reporting, funnels and analyze website engagement data to drive insightful test n'learn media optimization strategies to continuously improve fast-metrics, conversion rates, prospecting and consumer acquisition opportunities across sales funnels
* Enterprise/Marketing reporting
* Partner with eCommerce, MarTech, Business Intelligence, and IT leads to incorporate sales, marketing, and consumer audiences into Datorama, Data Science, and business reporting consoles and data-lake while always maintaining an eye towards opportunities for deepened unified reporting, measurement enhancements
* Understand and measure channels performance and optimal frequency of marketing needs to achieve business objectives by way of the DatoRama Reporting Console
* Support Business Intelligence teams in the evolution of their reporting and analytics models and reporting (i.e. New data-sets, new front-end technology platforms, new product development analytics)
* Website Analytics:
* Incorporate web analytics performance within marketing insights, analyze performance to help influence SEO strategy across all marketing touch points to drive organic growth and reach across brand websites (work with agency to optimize web content strategy) in partnership with Digital Marketing and MarTech leadership teams
* Continually improve website analytics data collection endpoints, technology evolution, and monitoring capabilities in partnership with Marketing Technology and IT teams
Support future-state marketing analytics roadmap alongside key cross-functional partners
* Implement continuous improvement best practices across our marketing data and analytical processes actionable optimization recommendations in partnership with our Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Marketing Technology, and IT Product Leads
* Collaborate with Manger, Digital Transformation Technology Analytics to evangelize findings throughout the org, inspiring marketing leaders to adopt data-proven strategies, and helping media and marketing teams execute them effectively
* Keep up with industry analytics best practices; Keep up and establish points-of-view with industry advancements in marketing analytics to help the team mature in the offerings provided to stakeholders alongside the eCommerce, Digital, Media, and Marketing Technology teams
Desired Experience
* Experience performing marketing analysis within BI tool (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Looker)
* Expertise with web analytics (ideally Google/Adobe Analytics) tools
* Expertise with marketing analysis tools (DatoRama/SoundCommerce)
* Fluency with executing/analyzing Branding and Direct Response Marketing Campaigns / Performance Marketing
* Familiarity in marketing metrics and digital marketing practices
* Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
* Ability to lead cross-functionally across CBI stakeholders and manage by influence across all levels of the organization
* Exceptional problem solving and analytic skills
* Prior experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards; flexible in data source and tools used
* Proficiency in database design, expertise in SQL
* Experience with marketing automation, the use of behavioral triggers and digital media buying
Education
* Bachelors degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience implementing digital technology solutions.
* 1+ years establishing digital strategies and implementing technology solutions
* 2+ years of Adtech analytics experience

* Work in a normal office environment. Must be able to sit at a workstation for up to 2-hour intervals. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
* Must be flexible in work style and schedule: travel up to 5%, the wine and beer industries are hospitality-oriented, so availability to work weekends and evenings on occasion as required.
