Job Description
IT Strategist
Key Role:
Analyze IT requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across (IT) teams. Apply advanced consulting or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor team members.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with working on software, systems, or network engineering projects
-4+ years of experience with IT Strategy and project management
-3+ years of experience with conducting DoD assessments, including Business Case Analysis, Current State Assessment, Future State Assessments, Gap Analysis, or Analysis of Alternatives
-Experience with Agile software development and process tools, including JIRA and Confluence
-Knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing, DevSecOps, web technologies, software systems, networks, and security
-Knowledge or Microsoft Office 365 apps and services
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Navy or DoD training and education processes and technologies
-Experience with Salesforce SaaS, Moodle LMS, xAPI, or Peoplesoft Campus Solutions
-Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
-Experience with BP Modeling Engineering and Enterprise Architecture
