Performs a variety of duties to support administration of the assigned department(s).
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree or 3-5 years specialized office systems technology required
(In lieu of educational requirements, prior experience beyond 5-year minimum considered). Bachelors of Science in Business preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work independent of supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and make decisions to take appropriate action.
Excellent organizational skills, confidentiality and flexibility are essential. Requires excellent public relations skills; ability to relate well to all age groups; requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work at a fast pace and perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.
Must be power user for Microsoft 360 including TEAMS. Capable of building structure and processes to improve efficiency of the role.
Minimum Work Experience
Five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant required. Healthcare background is preferred.
