This position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all reporting of marketing campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness across Arrow ECS ( Home | Arrow ECS NA ) globally.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the Marketing Effectiveness Dashboard within PowerBI
• Generating quarterly marketing performance reports for executive team
• Analysis of campaign performance and reporting campaign metrics to campaign managers and strategists
• Developing recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness
• Reporting on web traffic and unknown user behaviors
• Managing the Google Analytics analysis
• Developing customer models in coordination with market intelligence team
• Performing customer analysis for unknown web visitors and marketing leads
• Generating reports for management team
• Perform financial analysis of marketing financial performance and management of marketing development funds
• Creating campaign tracking using UTM, SalesForce, Eloqua, and Spriklr to ensure holistic campaign view and results can be tracked and measured.
• Manage global Martech stack including selection process and vendor management.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in data analysis, data science, marketing, finance, business analysis, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Proven experience with data mapping between systems
• 2 years of experience using data matching tools, prefer experience with Alteryx
• 2 years of experience with Google Analytics and using Google tag manager
• >1 year of experience using SalesForce Sales Cloud and creating reports and dashboards within SalesForce.
• Strong communicator with ability to explain data results
• 1 year experience using and creating PowerBI reports
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast moving, growth environment
• Understand of customer data and customer data attributes
