What you will be doing

Under the general direction of the VP & Corporate Assistant Treasurer, directs a team of Treasury Analysts responsible for daily operations for the Corporate Treasury Department.

1. Leads treasury operations with responsibilities for cash, treasury operations, bank account management, short-term borrowing and investments.
2. Oversees cash positioning, cash reporting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention, bank account setup and maintenance (EBAM), and bank relationship management.
3. Maintain compliance with internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
4. Identifies problems or issues, develops and implements the appropriate course of action.
5. Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes and policies.
6. Coordinates with cross functional teams (tax, accounting and legal) to manage cash repatriations and intercompany loans.
7. Assists in the recommendation and implementation of corporate finance strategies (including debt financing and stock repurchase).
8. Develop and implement plans for international banking and integration. Thereby optimizes bank account structures and services to minimize fees and ensure operational efficiency
9. Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)

Requires broad training in Business, Finance, Economics or related field through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program. Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive responsibility in treasury and accounting, including global treasury exposure in a public company and minimum five (5) years of people management experience. MBA, CPA or CTP preferred.
