Parkridge Valley, a two-campus behavioral health facility with Parkridge Health System, has served the Chattanooga area for over 40 years, providing expertise in treating a broad range of mental health and chemical dependency issues for all ages.

Parkridge Valley Adult & Senior Campus

The Parkridge Valley Adult & Senior Campus is a 60 bed facility focused on treatment of psychiatric and addiction issues in adults. Services include inpatient, outpatient programs and partial hospitalization programs for mental health and/or substance abuse.

This is a position at our Parkridge Valley Adult location.

Behavioral Healthcare - Parkridge Valley Hospital

Job Duties:

* You will utilize social services, counseling and clinical knowledge in the assessment of patient needs.
* You will create the Recovery Plan, recovery updates, recovery plan interventions, aftercare/discharge plan and summary, as well as facilitate ongoing therapeutic programming.
* You will complete all DCS required documentation utilizing TFACTS system including: SIRs, Face to Face, Move Notices, and Monthly Reports.
* You will set limits as needed recognizing potential behavior problems in a caring and consistent manner.
* You will assist patients with therapeutic activities while creating a safe environment for learning effectively
* You will conduct individual, group and family sessions for patients with appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

* Masters degree in a licensable (LCSW, LPC) related field.
* CPI required within 30 days of employment.
* BLS and First Aid required within 90 days of employment.
* Valid drivers license required.
