Job Details

This key role within Decision Science will lead the ongoing development and implementation of the analytical framework and processes necessary to measure and enhance the Companys digital, promotional and marketing initiatives. This role will lead teams that deliver valuable analysis and insights, leveraging the Companys digital assets and promotional activities, working directly with end-user decision makers, to drive business performance. This role will be critical in driving analytical thought leadership as the Company continues to enhance its data-driven culture.

* Responsible for the promotional analytics program: pre-event analysis, promotional competitive intelligence, promotional lift models and post-event reporting.
* Responsible for supporting the Companys marketing optimization initiatives including all test and learn analysis and reporting.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on measurement and analytical best practices in support of merchandising and marketing business teams and decision makers.
* Support cross-functional business partners through both structured and ad-hoc analysis utilizing market measurement capabilities including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution, and campaign effectiveness measurement.
* Partner with IT data engineering teams to develop and enhance underlying data architecture and utilization.
* Perform miscellaneous analyses and projects as needed.
* Develop strategic proposals and communicate to senior leadership.

Qualifications

* Strong problem-solving skills utilizing expertise, business judgment and robust quantitative analyses.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
* Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence and statistical analysis packages (e.g. SQL, PowerBI, Python, R, Tableau)
* Demonstrated strategic thinking, specifically on the use of data and analyses to drive business results.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complicated subjects into easily digestible communications.
* Results-oriented leadership.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver a program of initiatives effectively: project management, cross-functional relationship development and key communication skills.

Bachelors degree in business or other related field required; MBA or MA in applied mathematics preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail, ecommerce or marketing analytics desired.
