Job Description

This role is responsible for programs and projects that enable progress of the firms talent management and diversity strategic priorities, including sponsorship of Citis strategic initiatives to support the retention and advancement of inclusive leaders. If you are curious and an independent thinker, with a collaborative approach, this role is for you. In partnership with individuals, globally, across human resources and the lines of business and functions across the firm, you will be responsible for a number of initiatives within the talent management and executive development space. Not only will you support these important initiatives, but you will also have the chance to be creative and use your ideas to improve how we roll them out and craft new ones.

Position Responsibilities

* Serve as a subject matter expert in Citis talent and diversity talent strategy
* Work closely with diversity and talent management colleagues across lines of business, functions, and regions to identify best practices on key activities aimed at retaining talent and design new approaches to further develop and retain talent
* Keep abreast of applicable trends and research
* Educate senior business constituents and HR community on key issues
* Use data and apply in-depth knowledge of diversity and talent concepts and practices to deliver solutions in areas such as, workplace inclusion, employee engagement, retention, and development
* Serve as Relationship Manager for an Affinity group by working closely with the Affinity Steering Committee members and project managing the Affinitys initiatives
* Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external partners and consultants to support a wide range of efforts on training, education, communications, and diversity and talent management content creation
* Support special projects related to talent management impact studies, board presentations, and business unit and regional needs
* Track and measure outcomes of initiatives, partnerships, and programs to determine their efficacy and ensure alignment with forward-looking strategic priorities

Education

* Bachelor's degree

Experience/Skills

* 5+ years of relevant work experience in talent management
* Demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion
* Self-starter with experience analyzing and interpreting data to drive business outcomes
* Strong project management skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
* Curious, inquisitive thinker with ability to problem solve and come up with new ideas
* Demonstrated ability to execute programs and processes
* Ability to effectively collaborate and influence across various levels of the firm
* Demonstrated presentation, oral and written communication skills
* Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
