Job Description
Overall Purpose: This position supports the Talent Acquisition organization, and the person hired will manage a team responsible for data, reporting, and analytics as it relates to Talent Acquisition. As a supervisor, this leader will be responsible for strategy and planning for the team, delegating work to team members, and influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity. and pay decisions for direct reports.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Oversees the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use. Manages relationships with software internal information systems staff, HR Staffing, HR Policy, Labor Relations, and Legal Department and ensures the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance. Often consults with human resources and business unit clients in developing company-wide use of processes, procedures, enterprise wide change management plans, employee information solutions and reporting functionality. Identifies interdependencies and define downstream impacts resulting in process improvements and system enhancements. May manage or coordinate communications and management impacts. Develops data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration and for adherence to governance standards for HR technology systems and processes. Ensures human resources technology solutions produce consistent and accurate employee information/reports and statistical data for analysis and decision making. This position will have access to highly confidential information and compliance with AT&T data security guidelines is required.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Creating and maintaining reporting and analytics roadmap that aligns with business priorities
* Developing, monitoring, and reporting on organizational performance
* Producing executive-level reports for business units across AT&T
* Leading teams in creation, calculation, and posting of routine and ad-hoc reporting and maintenance of organization dashboards to inform strategy and operational decisions
* Maintaining budget and approving expenses for the Talent Acquisition organization

Education: Typically Bachelors of Arts degree or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
