We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic, consultative, and results-driven professional to join our Talent Management & Leadership Development team! You will primarily be responsible for enhancing our Talent Management and Leadership Development capabilities across the Life & Retirement (L&R) business with approx. 9,400 employees globally. You will be part of team producing and designing content to enhance management, leadership, and individual contributor development offerings, cultural change, and talent review activities.
This position is ideally located in Woodland Hills, CA or Houston, TX in the U.S. Initially the role will work remotely.

About the role
* Partner with the HR Business Partners, Senior & Mid-Level business leaders, Corporate HR as well as external vendors to drive organizational effectiveness and to enhance organizational capabilities through effective Talent Management (talent reviews, succession planning, emerging talent development); Learning and Development (leadership, management and individual contributors); and Culture Change initiatives
* Identify & Develop learning opportunities including designing the curriculum for our management and leadership development programs and conducting in-person and virtual training sessions on needed skills for employee development and success
* In partnership with business leaders and HR, develop a comprehensive organizational development plan, conduct talent assessments to identify emerging talent, and provide developmental opportunities for career growth ensuring the development of the next generation of leaders
* Play a leadership role into the culture initiatives by designing programs and communications
* Provide high-end management consulting to the business
* Design and develop innovative solutions
* Communication and program evaluation
* Work with senior business leaders and HR partners to translate business needs into actionable and impactful solutions
What we are looking for
* Progressive talent management and leadership development experience in a global organization
* Bachelors or Advanced Degree
* Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or HR preferred
* Exceptional collaboration, consultative and coaching skills
* Ability to provide thought leadership and expertise on a broad array of talent management topics
* Ability to interact regularly with senior leadership and comfortable spearheading meetings and discussions
* Must be well organized, resourceful, confident along with the drive and determination to inspire the necessary level of innovation and impact across the organization
* Working within the financial services industry a plus, but not required
* Comfortable navigating within a complex, large, corporate environment is key
