Several antibody-drug conjugates are approved in oncology, and dose recommendations for these agents are on a weight-based dosing scheme. The goal of this internship project would be to evaluate weight based and fixed dosing regimens for antibody-drug conjugates in oncology. This may involve and is not limited to a review of ADC literature and utilization of in-house data, conducting simulations using population PK models, assessing impact of fixed dose regimens on clinical endpoints. Additionally, a competitor assessment will be conducted wherein clinical pharmacology components for all approved ADCs in oncology will be reviewed, tabulated, and summarized.

* Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics, R proficiency, NONMEM
Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum GPA = 3.0/4.0
* Returning to university for at least one semester
* Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a PhD in pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
* Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1
visa with CPT may be accommodated)
