Job Description
Performs the on-boarding due diligence and enhanced due diligence process for International customers according to the bank's Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines and Account Control Unit (ACU) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements at Federal, State and Local levels.
Responsibilities
Performs the on-boarding process, customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence procedures for international customers according to ACU policies and procedures.
Takes appropriate action to ensure compliance with established BSA account opening policies and procedures for international customers.
Serves as an advisor and provides training to account officers and bank staff on account opening matters for international customers.
Resolves issues related to BSA Compliance account opening policies and procedures for international customers, elevating critical or unusual problems to appropriate management personnel.
Creates, updates and distributes reports and metrics to management as required.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in a related field required with Five (5) years of related experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
