During your time as a PSG Accounting Intern you will receive hands-on training that will help prepare you for your accounting career, and gain an understanding of components of balance sheets, general ledger and the associated processes. You will shadow a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant and Manager/Director to learn each persons responsibilities.

As a PSG Accounting Intern, your duties will include:

* Complete bank reconciliations, journal entry packets, physician contracts for expense reports, and PARs.
* Compile documentation for special projects (FAS audit, lease audit, escheat, and tax packages).
* Maintain salary templates, and building/equipment lease schedules
* Research refund reconciliations, and re-class miscellaneous cash.

Qualifications

* Present enrollment in an accredited 4-year accounting program
* A GPA of 3.0 or higher
* Current juniors, seniors, or masters students preferred
