As Process Safety Management Coordinator III, youll implement, coordinate and oversee the elements of process safety management (PSM) and risk management plan (RMP) program activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. You will use your experience and knowledge of standards and industry best practices to evaluate a wide range of process safety information as you problem solve and collaborate with stakeholders. The ability to communicate effectively and work within a team environment are keys to success.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

* Collaborates with stakeholders to assist in meeting their PSM and RMP responsibilities, preparing for Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) and conducting quality reviews and quality assurance activities
* Participates in OSHA, EPA and RMP audits
* Leads the operating areas in preparing for revalidation PHAs
* Maintains and organizes process safety information and data
* Manages PHA action item process and close out
* Assists operations in annual review and certification of operating procedures
* Facilitates incident investigations
* Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

* Required: High School diploma/GED, a minimum five (5) years experience in Process Safety Management, a minimum of eight (8) years of energy industry experience and PHA Training and Certification
* Preferred: Bachelors degree in a related field

Other Requirements:

* Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
* Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
* Must possess valid State Drivers License and clean driving record
* Understanding of OSHA Process Safety Management
* Experience as a member of a PHA/HAZOP Team

General Compensation Information:

This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
