Maintain security in work area.Interaction with all departments, internal and external customers using positive communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. and Saturday, 7:30a.m. - 12:30p.m.
Handling inbound / outbound couriers, i.e., Fedex, UPS, Airborne, Bus, DHL.
Cash collection.
Load customers / sales reps
Heavy lifting.
Maintain outer area of Will Call.
Product Returns.
Maintain Will Call cooler & freezer.
Other job duties as assigned
Experience Required :
* Prior warehouse experience preferred.
* Prior clerical experience.
* Prior money handling experience.
* Extensive Computer Literacy.
* Public and customer interaction experience.
* Telephone skills.
* Conflict resolution skill required ( Internal vs. External)
Education Required :
* High School Diploma / GED required.
