Job Description
Retail Payment Services (RPS) implements changes based on business needs which requires appropriate control and oversight to be deployed on a consistent basis.
RPS has a Change Control program to facilitate sound and consistent Change Control practices at both the enterprise-wide and business line level.
This position is responsible for managing Credit Risk Management Change Control process.
Partners with the Business Line team to create, maintain, review and implement change controls within defined platform and processes.
Works within matrix organization to support and provide feedback for Change Control platform and process enhancements.
Process advocate and liaison between business line teams and oversight / governance areas.
Conduct communication to review Change Controls from other lines of business.
Manages regular Risk Change Control Forum Meetings.
Support overall Risk Control team efforts, including but not limited to regulatory exams, issue management, and other activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of the products, policies, operations and procedures related to Credit Card business
- Strong organization, analytical and project management skills
- Strong attention to details
- Strong planning, implementation and negotiation skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
