The unique position is a combination of Business Analysis Consultant and UX/UI Consultant. This role is responsible for conducting and managing outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. You will own feature and user story grooming along with supporting Product Owners throughout the software development lifecycle and implementation phases. This is a unique role will also be responsible for research, design concepting, and observation/testing/validation across the user experience journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Preparation of Tollgate meeting content for Senior Leadership and stakeholders
* Anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
* Leads business and technical stakeholders in identifying and documenting value-driven business requirements
* Work with the business partners and scrum team to document user stories
* Complete analysis current state and future state to discover needs and gaps
* Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data, reviewing the analysis and interpretation of others' work
* Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data, user journeys, and business processes
* Empathize with users and apply research and analysis techniques to understand user needs and concerns
* Promotes and applies design practices which create efficient, usable, and satisfying product experiences
* Create, evaluate, and modify UI design concepts, prototypes, mockups, and / or information architecture models
* Assess the performance of features and designs by participating in usability testing, accessibility assessments, and other evaluations
* Collaborate with customers, product management and developers to research, design, and implement products
* Conduct interviews to understand user groups and build personas
* Develop and provides successful strategic and tactical design recommendations based on technical feasibility, usability findings, industry standards and contract requirements
* Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams to understand constraints and identify opportunities to improve our product for users
* Help estimate UX needs on a project and program basis
* Execute usability tests, pilot programs and research

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years relevant work experience in product, process or User experience field
* 2+ years of project management experience
* 2+ years of experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and / or process improvement recommendations
* 1+ years of Agile experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience driving complicated system related issues to resolution across multiple services and groups with little or no supervision
* Experience working with highly technical staff supporting applications
* Experience Identifying, managing and resolving complex risks and issues, preventing escalations wherever possible
* Experience developing standardization and consistency through process, procedures, change control and workflow management to ensure service excellence
* Experience driving issue escalation to resolution
* Green Belt or Black Belt with experience in Six Sigma, Lean and other process improvement disciplines
* Adobe Creative Suite experience and experience driving process changes designed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
