Working Conditions:
Non-Center Based. Requires: the ability to sit at a computer for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping) and travel to Centers (if so, the noise level is moderate and there is potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens).
Working Relationships:
Will interact with all employees of the Operations department on a regular basis as well as other cross-functional team-members at the Administrative Offices. Will also interact with members of the Senior and Executive Leadership teams.

Qualifications:
* Leadership experience preferred
* 1-3 years of customer service-related experience required preferably within a call center environment
* Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with team,patients, other members of the corporation, insurance companies, etc.
* Respect the need of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
* Must be able to work independently, and communicate using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and word usage.
* Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the department in regards to changes in work volume, scheduling, etc.
* Must be able to accurately and effectively utilize applicable billing software/programs/processes in order to resolve complex billing and patient issues in a timely manner.
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
