We offer 3-6 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday CST.

Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts.
* Acts as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, with direct client contact and large or complex accounts.
* Builds strong relationships with clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day operations and service delivery achieving high client satisfaction.
* Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs.
* Works closely with the accounts Strategic Account Executive on renewals and up-selling,but does not have primary responsibility to close sales.
* Acts as an active participate in team meetings to collaborate and support business objectives while focusing on personal development and overall team goals.

Required Qualifications:

* Associates Degree or a High School Diploma / GED with 5+ years of Account Management Experience
* Understanding of PBM industry
* Client facing presentation experience
* Ability to Travel up to 25% to visit client base
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with RxClaim adjudication system/application
* Experience in negotiation solutions

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
