The Recruiting Coordinator will manage recruiting and variety of clients providing user research and market research as needed by the Customer Experience team. The candidate must be detail oriented and have a passion for the field of usability and research, and possess customer empathy with a drive to create outstanding customer experiences.
Required Skills
* Help RRD Customer Experience/Opinion Centers meet or exceed client expectations through effective delivery of customer experience projects
* Recruiting Management, being of primary focus:
* Manages recruiting for designated projects (session schedule, tally, updates, comps, etc.)
* Finds and manages dry run participants for studies
* Manages backups for each project
* Deals with technical issues of the study
* Manages recruiting database
* Creating specific sample for the recruiting team for each specific project
* Adding new participants to the database/Removing participants as needed
* Updating the database with participant information after each study
* Other Duties As Follows:
* Manage phone room projects as needed. Helping to set up and monitor through completion of the recruiting effort.
* Recruit when needed to meet project deadlines
* Compose and mail confirmation letters to participants
* Possibly, as assigned:
* Proofreading research reports
* Helping with customer surveys
* Other, as assigned
* Be able to clearly articulate RRD's key differentiators as it relates to user-centered design and customer experience and explain our approach
* Become knowledgeable with the breadth and depth of RRD solutions
* Stay abreast of the latest technologies and market trends
* Evaluate and manage relationships with key research vendors
* Work effectively with project managers, account managers and project teams to produce deliverables with exceptional accuracy and quality on time and on budget
Required Experience
* Superior verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated ability to motivate, support and understand different project teams; pleasant, professional demeanor
* 3-4 years of experience in the field of market and user research
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the area User Experience, HCI, Psychology, Marketing or a related field
* Experience within the natural sciences in any setting and/or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology is a plus
* Prior agency or consulting experience strongly preferred
