CVS Health has an exciting opportunity in Mt Prospect, IL for you to excel in a complex, high impact production selection role as a Canister Calibration Technician.

Your duties will include building, repairing, and maintaining drug canisters for the automated drug dispensing equipment (OptiFill). This role is an intricate part of the CVS team. You will be involved in cleaning the canisters per prescribed schedules and procedures, auditing canister performance, and testing canister performance. You will also troubleshoot canister electro-mechanical problems. Knowledge of basic computer skills is required as you will be maintaining the canister information database. Job specific training will be provided and we are looking for an applicant interested in making a difference in someone's life. In order to be successful in this role you must have strong written and verbal communication, strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience.

This is a 2nd shift position. We are looking for an applicant interested in working Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00pm -12:30am (4 days a week for 10 hours a day).

Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment/ mechanical components.
-Able to remain standing for extended periods of time, as well as reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 45 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with preventive maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment and maintenance of equipment in a production environment (Vending machine, Slot machine, Arcade games, etc).
- Experience with drug canisters and OptiFill operation.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Education
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
