About the role:
At Boston Scientific, our products and technologies are used to diagnose or treat a wide range of medical conditions. We continue to innovate in key areas and are extending our innovations into new geographies and high-growth adjacency markets.

We are looking to add an Inside Sales Service Representative to support Boston Scientifics growing Equipment Service Business by targeting renewal clients in need of new service contracts. Service Sales Representative will be responsible for selling service contracts on all BSC Capital Equipment. The Service Sales Representative will reach prospects through excellent telephone and written communication skills. This individual will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals by the generation of renewal calls to customers and the managing the relationship with sales, Field Service Engineers, and existing and potential customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

* On a regular basis, review upcoming renewals and follow-up on the prior months renewals
* Call or e-mail prospects whose service contracts or warranties are expiring to initiate the renewal process
* Create new renewal proposals and quotes and other renewal tasks
* Emphasize service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports. Overcome objections of prospective customers.
* Review the customers contract terms with the Legal Team seeking approval when necessary
* Work independently or with sales to identify decision makers within the prospect account to begin sales process. Collaborate with Regional and Territory Managers to strategize sales approaches
* Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Technical Support team to ensure that service offerings provided are applicable to customer's needs and use of the capital equipment
* Ensure executed agreements are received and processed according to company policy

* Provide weekly updates to management on renewal progress, at risk renewals, etc. Communicate Renewals Forecast and progress to Management.
* Perform post renewal tasks such as booking orders and maintaining accurate records of renewal opportunities and contract records. Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects by entering new customer data and updating changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
* Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position and where necessary, support marketing efforts such as new service product offerings and brochure creation
* Support the continuous improvement of the overall renewal process, service agreement document, legal and discount approval processes, as well as training on such topics

What were looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business plus 3-5 years experience in sales or inside sales; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
* Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management.
* Strong objection handling skills.
* Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
* High level of integrity and work ethic.
* Exceptional verbal communication, presentation and listening skills.
* Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management software.
* Medical device experience
