The T&E Department has an opening for a MarTech Project Manager within the Digital Marketing team. The goal is to help build Albertsons MarTech/AdTech platforms and execute a multi-year roadmap that delivers new and optimized digital marketing advertising solutions. Albertson's Companies is looking for people who are interested in re-imagining the grocery experience by harnessing the power of digital technologies. The Digital Marketing team takes pride in empowering their employees and encouraging initiative and creativity in a very collaborative, agile environment. This position is located in Pleasanton, California.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for planning and execution of strategic T&E Digital projects in various Martech workstreams.
* Assume accountability for the development and delivery of Technical Project Management needed to support T&E solutions and projects.
* Adoption and coaching for the team in existing Agile Scrum best practices, including the proficient use of industry standard tools, technologies, and methodologies.
* Work closely with product team, stakeholders, technical and project leads to establish goals, overall solution, high level project sizing and oversight for technical execution
* Responsible for building and presenting Scrum team and initiative level metrics to team, peers and Management.
* Ability to handle multiple projects within the program at any given time.
* Ability to lead process, manage project and initiative level planning, budget estimation and tracking, resource planning, risk assessment and mitigation.
* Foster a strong work environment that rewards individual and team efforts; encourages creativity while maintaining high caliber productivity and quality.
* Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Performs the role as the owner of the financial position of all managed projects.
* Ensuring that applicable regulatory directives are complied with e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, current privacy legislation.
* Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within a matrix, 'virtual' environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors.
* Actively contributes to the company's Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master Forums

Qualifications:

* 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
* 10+ years combined Project/Program Management experience, Marketing Domain a huge plus.
* Must have prior experience in managing Marketing projects preferably in Adobe and Google platforms.
* Must have understanding with Marketing tools/solutions such as Analytics and Reporting, Campaign Management, CDPs, etc..
* Deep familiarity and understanding of Agile practices, SCRUM, Test Driven Development, XP, & Kanban.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and work with various shared services team like Infrastructure, DevOps and other product engineering teams across domains.
* Strong skills in Agile coaching, project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment.
* Experience working on large scale Digital Transformation initiatives.
* Former specialty consulting firm or Big 4 experience desirable.
* PMP certification preferred.

In 1939, Joe Albertson, a former Safeway district manager, took $5,000 he saved and $7,500 he borrowed from his wife’s Aunt Bertie, and partnered with L.S. Skaggs to open his first Albertsons store on 16th and State Streets in Boise, Idaho.
