About…
Assisting with daily production support activities for assigned systems
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and assist with development plans for meeting those needs
Assist with the development of project charters, scope documents, conceptual design documents, test plans, and project workplans/timelines.
Assist with activities during requirements definition, design, construction and testing phases of projects.
Assist with the development and delivery of user training on system(s) functionality.
Create and deliver periodic status reports.
What you'll bring to the team...
3 years Minimum related work experience
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Development, or related area or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Knowledge of Human Resource practices/processes preferred
Strong technical aptitude and be familiar with working on back end product setups, change control, data mapping, reporting, vendor management and user security
Experience working in a DevOps on an Azure platform is a plus
Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills

Experience with a structured methodology
Experience using business and system process and remodeling tools
Formal training conducting facilitated sessions
Applications development experience
Learning Management systems experience
SQL/Stored Procedure knowledge
