HarperCollins Christian Publishing is looking for a senior marketing associate to help organize, plan and assist with various marketing activities. For this role, you should have an understanding and knowledge of CPC/PPC marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, content creation, marketing data tracking, consumer research and online consumer behavior. You should be able to create presentations, manage spreadsheets, analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics and have good organizational skills. Positive attitude, communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily tasks to ensure the smooth operations
* Aid in conduct market research
* Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
* Build presentations for team and analytical reports
* Aid with content creation for social media efforts
* Aid with management of social channels
* Aid with PPC campaign management within the Google and Facebook Ad Interfaces
* Manage reporting & dashboards to successfully communicate the effectiveness of strategic CPC/PPC efforts through established KPIs
* Execute tests and analyze performance to aid in guiding company strategy on new functionality
* Keyword research
* AB testing and execution
* Working knowledge of SEO best practices
* Basic experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Work Experience: Preferred candidates will possess 2-4 years of digital marketing experience. Demonstrate solid skills in KPI analysis, building presentations, tracking/reporting, social media, SEO and digital marketing concepts.
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, digital media or a related field. Certification in SEO/SEM is a plus.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of HCCP family of authors is preferred but not required. Publishing industry is not necessary.
Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, understanding of CPC/PPC platforms (i.e Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.), demonstrated work in SEO/keyword research software, proficient in Excel/Word/Powerpoint, working knowledge of analytical tools, excellent communications skills, analytical thinking with mathematical skills.
