JOBOVERVIEW:
This position is responsible forcarrying out dental school and dental student strategic planfor US Dental market for US School Sales including products and services bothin terms of total sales. They will lead and hold sales team accountable for their performance, achievement ofsales, and driving key strategic initiatives. Establishes sales expectationsfor individuals and teams and creates accountability for performance andreporting. Responsible for training School assigned TSM. Monitors, maintains and follows up on largesales opportunities that are national in scope. Fulfills strategic plan for salesopportunities and manages sales/marketing activities. Responsibilities also include deployment ofthe emerging Student Engagement program and implementsocial media initiatives that increase the engagement level against establishedgoals.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
* Works with School Team Members to establish, operationalize and sustain Sales Objectives and Field Activity Goals.
* Implements best practices across entire field organization relative to US School Sales & works directly Schools team, Zone Managers, Regional Managers, Field Sales Consultants (FSC) and Specialists to ensure field sales and management engagement.
* Communicates monthly field activity and goal attainment.
* Assigns goals and objectives for School Assigned FSCs.
* Provide analytical reports monthly/quarterly to Senior Management
* Participates directly with Henry Scheins Philanthropical involvement with Schools.
* Develops content and executes strategy for dental school students/new dentist engagement.
* Create plan to engage with students that leads to students signing up for HS student website and/or social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
* Responsible to meet website registration and social media followers targets
* Create annual benchmarking of Henry Scheins Net Promoter Score (NPS) and establishment / measurement of related KPIs from dental school students
* Collaborate closely with HS Web Services and HS Integrated Marketing (social media) team
* Review progress of Schools Team and FSC entering New Dentist information into salesforce
* Develops budget and spend plan for student/new doctor website and social media site(s)
* Evaluate feasibility of new doctor bootcamp in person or virtual event &/or dental school faculty formulary
* Participates in special projects and perform other duties as required

SUPERVISION:
Determine methods and proceduresfor new assignments and work independently with guidance in only the mostcomplex situations. May act as a resource to formally train and mentor TSMs withless experience. Assignments are broad and moderately complex in nature. Maymanage vendor relationships.
Qualification
WORKEXPERIENCE:
Typically 8 or more years ofincreasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicableprofessional experience.
PREFERREDEDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelors Degree orglobal equivalent in related discipline. Masters degree or global equivalentpreferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
