Seize the opportunity to lead a team of talent acquisition (TA) professionals who will enhance the effectiveness of recruiting efforts across the enterprise. The team includes seasoned experts who will be looking to you for leadership as they pool their capabilities to enhance current technologies, adopt new tools, and improve processes to support the TA ecosystem. Frequent interaction with internal and external executives will require your effective communication and diplomacy skills. Your detail orientation will be key as you lead multiple projects at a time, with rapidly changing circumstances affecting each. - Experience using and improving talent acquisition tools, processes, and technology.
